After graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, Dr. Perera has taken pride in staying at the forefront of dental technology to ensure every patient receives a comfortable, modern experience. Known for a gentle touch and an eye for detail, Dr. Perera excels in helping patients regain confidence in their smiles.
Dr. Perera believes that a healthy smile is the foundation of overall wellness. Whether it is a routine check-up or a smile transformation, every patient is treated with the same care they would give their own family.
Dr. Michael Childers
Dr. Michael Childers brings over 30 years of experience to Kova Dental Care, combining advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach. Known for his gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Childers has built his career on the belief that exceptional dentistry should be as comfortable as it is effective.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Childers has completed extensive training in restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures—including dental implants, root canals, and full-mouth reconstruction. His comprehensive skill set allows him to treat most complex cases in-house, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
Above all, Dr. Childers is passionate about helping people rediscover confidence in their smile. Whether he's relieving pain or transforming lives through cosmetic care, he’s dedicated to making every visit stress-free, personalized, and truly rewarding.
Dr. Ana Dordevic
Ana Dordevic, DMD, was born and raised in Serbia, where her dental journey began at just 15 years old. She earned her dental technician degree in 2009 and completed her DDS degree in 2015 at the University of Belgrade before moving to the United States the same year.
After seven years of experience in the dental field, she graduated with honors from Boston University in 2024, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. She also served as a teaching assistant in digital dentistry (CAD/CAM) and occlusion—fields she loves for their efficiency, innovation, and patient comfort.
Dr. Dordevic is especially passionate about aesthetic dentistry, helping patients boost their confidence with a new smile while educating them on long-term oral health. Outside the office, she enjoys reading and writing, playing piano, and painting.
